MEGA SPONTAN

Astro Warna returns with a brand-new spontaneous comedy show, Mega Spontan 2023. It is an upgraded version of Super spontan comedy show. This season stands out as it includes not only seasoned comedians but also talented Malaysians and members of the young generation who excel in spontaneous humor.

Mega Spontan will feature 20 players divided into four teams. For the first time, each team will be a mix of veteran and popular comedians, celebrities with comedic skills, as well as fresh faces from the entertainment industry, social media influencers, and everyday Malaysians selected through open auditions.

IDEA AND CONCEPT

Its year 1511, and the biggest annual comedy event is happening at Mega Spontan Kingdom. The King (Game Master) has summoned 4 Kingdom Mentors to receive his personal invitation to compete in the comedy event.

The 4 kingdoms are Champaktakjauh, Langkataksuka, Srivijanda and Majakelat. Each of the kingdoms has sent 5 of their best comedy warriors to the event together with their mentor. Journey through land and sea, all the warriors are set for a fiery battle, to conquer the majestic throne of Mega Spontan.
